Bayer Healthcare’s A+D Brand has long been trusted by parents for diaper rash treatment. As the market evolved and new parents sought more emotional, authentic connections with the brands they trust, A+D’s brand team saw an opportunity to redefine its digital presence.
Outcome
The redesign repositioned A+D from a product-centered brand to a parent-centered companion, creating a digital space that feels authentic and supportive. The response and revamped navigation experience made the site easier to access information across devices.
