Ascensia Global Digital Campaign for Glucocontro.online Software & Connected Contour Solution

OBJECTIVE
In preparation for the global launch of new software, Ascensia Diabetes Care needed to drive awareness among healthcare professionals (HCP’s) and patients, and facilitate onboarding.

EXECUTION
In partnership with Ascensia’s global team, I led end-to-end UX/UI design and art direction for the phased, global campaign. I was responsible for brand alignment, CMS compatibility, localization across international markets, and production handoff.

OUTCOME
The result was a cohesive digital experience tailored by region to drive awareness and onboarding among HCPs and communicate product benefits to patients. The campaign clearly illustrated the software’s value proposition, simplified HCP onboarding, and positioned Ascensia Diabetes Care products as a unified diabetes management solution.

Phase 1 – Global Launch

Created a universal system-messaging landing page introducing Glucocontro.online and explaining how patient data flows to the healthcare professionals’ platform. Developed a flexible design system and localization-ready assets for all markets.

Phase 2 – U.S. Healthcare Professional Onboarding

Designed a U.S.-specific landing page and email announcement series detailing how healthcare professionals could sign up, update their dashboard, and begin using the software. Built and implemented emails in ClickDimensions.
